Beautiful Twirl skirt made with 4 different black and white cotton blend prints. Black & white polka dots, white swirls on black, and black & white stripes. Skirt can be made in sizes 2 through 10.
All seams are sewn and serged for durability. Waist is 3/8" elastic.
